Called to help, aid, assist, mother and be present.
As a little girl I have always wanted to help people. When I discovered midwifery my whole world changed. I began my journey as a CNA (certified nursing assistant) and soon became a Full Spectrum Doula not too long after that. In 2022, I attended massage therapy school to focus on maternal and infant massage.
Birth amazed me every time. My love grew for it more and more. The more I learned about traditions, maternal mortality and morbidity within the black community, I wanted to be the change. I attended a MEAC accredited midwifery school after the birth of my third child. After completing the program by attending clinic, home and birth center births, I became a Certified Professional Midwife.
Currently I am working with a group practice in Milwaukee, WI and providing massage therapy to locals in the community.
