First I want to say thank you for allowing me to have access to your sessions and always being available. When I started I mentioned that I wanted to have a better relationship with God, do better as a mom, eat healthier, lose weight and stop procrastinating. Well, I have now accomplished all of these things through these sessions. I learned that our senses play a big part in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Blue is my favorite color, seeing the color blue calms me. Hearing rain eases my mind and etc. I was able to recognize and identify things that would cause me to stress and want to eat. Those foods would not be healthy and cause more stress. You even mentioned energy foods, well as I'm losing weight these foods are definitely the source of me having more energy. There are so many more things I can say but overall another thing that I learned, is that it's ok to slow down, take time for myself and not feel guilty.
